Your Instrument can be a pleasure to play!

When your instrument sounds, looks and feels great you can be a better musician and get on with the enjoyment of playing. Your Instrument is intended to make music. Anything that hinders it from making music is what I am here for. I want your instrument to be easy to play with no unwanted buzzes, bad sounding notes or high action. Your instrument should be reliable so you can relax at your gig and know it wont let you down. Your instrument should have great tone and volume and it should look great too. I can sort any issues your instrument has carefully and efficiently!

The Pricelist I have put together describes the work involved in my Instrument service and setup packages and lists most other work I offer. All the prices are for guide purposes. I give an individual quote for every instrument once I have seen it in person. What Instruments do I work on?

I work on Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, Acoustic Bass Guitar, Tenor Guitar, Classical Guitar, Maccaferri guitar, 12 String Guitar, Cigar Box Guitar, 5 String Banjo, Tenor Banjo, Mandolin, Octave Mandolin, Bouzouki. Hence the business is called Anything With Frets. I also work on fretless electric bass guitars. I also offer minor repairs on Instruments in the violin family such as resetting soundposts, lowering bridges, restrings and fitting tuning pegs. I don’t offer a full refinishing service but I do offer minor touch ups on finish.
